Reference for Arno Kersche

As project manager for the technology implementation for a significant acquisition project between two investment banks between 2007 and 2009, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Arno Kersche. The acquisition project required a two-phased technology integration approach: Phase 1 - physical and logical user migration to the new company platform and premises; Phase 2 - the migration of critical former applications/functionality to the new company platform; an effort that required months of planning and system redevelopment. The systems were successfully cutover (on schedule & budget) during a single migration weekend.

Arno made a significant contribution to the information gathering, planning, development, testing and migration of the systems (production and BCP environments) that were required for a smooth migration. Throughout the project, Arno was at all times professional, technically competent, dependable, sociable, a team-player, highly methodical and organised. Arno was a key contributor to the success of the integration project and I would not hesitate to work with Arno again in the future.
